Annual enrollment is required for all returning students. This is necessary for our student records to be updated with current student demographics and permission forms, along with collecting the annual enrollment fees.
Fees may be paid online, returned by mail or in person to USD 489 District Office (323 W. 12th St). Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to enrollment.
If preferred, you may choose to enroll in-person instead of online. The below dates are available for in-person enrollment for students of any grade level.
