Employee Assistance Program

USD 489 has partnered with a company called BHS to provide a new valuable benefit known as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  The addition of this program is brought to you in part by the USD 489 Wellness Committee, in partnership with Human Resources and our Business Services Department.  The EAP program is geared towards overall employee wellness and will provide free, confidential, in-the-moment support to help with personal or professional challenges that may be interfering with work or family responsibilities.  The services and resources offered through this program are free to use by ALL Employees and Household Members!  To give you a better idea, here are some common reasons an employee may decide to utilize the EAP program, for guidance and support in the areas of:
