SUPPORT AND INTERVENTION PROCESS

The Support and Intervention Process is intended to be used when schools have a situation where the school team lacks the capacity to implement the needed interventions with fidelity. This process will help identify the needs of the student, develop a plan to support the student, and hand off the plan to school personnel, all with clear communication and involvement from parents.

A request for Support and Intervention should only be submitted with the knowledge and support of the building's principal and school psychologist.

Parents should also be aware of this referral and should have signed the parent acknowledgment form before proceeding.  Parent Acknowledgement Form
